Santa Barbara Zoo

Drums will pound and hips will shake at the 25th annual Zoofari Ball, which this year takes its inspiration from Carnaval, the famed street festival of Brazil. The hilltop is transformed into a dazzlingly flamboyant array -- think feathers, sequins, vivid hues, and a samba beat. Enjoy an elegant dinner, tropical cocktails, tempting silent and live auctions, and special surprises at Santa Barbara's "Wildest Fundraiser," which usually sells out in advance.

Attire

Dress for a trip to Rio! Think hot, hot, hot fashions with colors and ruffles and a South American flair! Carnaval masks are the hot accessory of the night. Safari attire is always appropriate for Zoofari Ball.

Cuisine

Zoo Catering Services by Rincon will bring the flavors of Brazil alive! Prepare to be dazzled by the wild cuisine and civilized service.

Start the evening off with a signature tropical cocktail at the entry. Zoofari bars pour freely throughout the evening.

Tickets are on sale now! If purchased before July 30, they are $275/person; tickets purchased after July 30 are $300/person. Tables of 10 and 12 are available.
